What are tokens and how do they work?

Tokens are the universal currency in Horizon. Each AI agent execution consumes tokens based on complexity. Your plan includes a monthly token allocation, and you can purchase additional tokens at $99 per 1,000 tokens.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to additional tokens and features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

You can set up auto-refill on your token wallet to automatically purchase additional tokens when your balance runs low. You can also set department-level budgets with threshold alerts and overage policies.

Is there a free plan?

Yes — our Free plan includes 1,000 tokens at signup and access to core tools (Boards, CRM, Forms, and Horizon OS — Company, Profile, Goals, and Altitude Checks). No credit card required. Upgrade to Launch, Navigate, or Summit anytime as your needs grow.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

What is the annual billing discount?

Annual billing saves you approximately 10% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Navigate plan is $199/month or $2,150/year (saving $238 annually).
