Third Party Code of Conduct

Alpine Anchor, LLC (“Alpine Anchor” or “we”) is committed to elevating our clients to the summit of their verticals while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional conduct. This Third Party Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the minimum requirements for all entities (including their employees and contractors) or individuals that work for or with Alpine Anchor, including our suppliers, partners, resellers, referrers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and other third-party providers (collectively, “Partners” or “you”).
1. Ethics and Base Camp Values
a. Ethics and Integrity
Partners must operate with the highest ethical standards, embodying our core value “We Own the Mountain.” This includes avoiding all forms of bribery, corruption, theft, and abuse of power. Partners must conduct business in compliance with all applicable antitrust and fair competition laws. Any actual or suspected violations must be reported to Alpine Anchor immediately.
b. Base Camp First
In alignment with our core value “Base Camp First,” Partners must respect work-life balance and family priorities. While we expect excellence in delivery, we understand that family foundations are essential for sustainable success.
c. Mastering the Ascent
Partners must demonstrate continuous learning and improvement, reflecting our core value “We Master the Ascent.” This includes staying current with relevant technologies, best practices, and industry standards in their respective fields.
d. Conflict of Interest
Partners shall not engage in any activity that creates or could reasonably be perceived to create a conflict of interest. All potential conflicts must be disclosed and approved in writing by Alpine Anchor, including:
- Personal, professional, or familial relationships between Partner’s employees and Alpine Anchor’s team members
- Competing business interests
- Financial arrangements that could compromise objectivity
2. Legal Compliance and Security
a. Trade Compliance
Partners must comply with all applicable export controls and sanctions laws, including:
- U.S. Export Administration Regulations
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations
- Office of Foreign Asset Controls sanctions
- Anti-boycott laws
b. Anti-Corruption
Partners must abide by all applicable anti-corruption laws, including:
- U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
- Similar local anti-bribery legislation
- Prohibition of any improper payments, kickbacks, or gifts
3. Workplace Standards and Human Rights
a. Labor Laws and Human Rights
Partners must:
- Comply with all applicable labor laws
- Prohibit any form of modern slavery or human trafficking
- Ensure fair compensation and working hours
- Maintain safe and healthy working conditions
b. Non-Discrimination and Inclusion
Partners must:
- Provide equal opportunity in the workplace
- Prohibit discrimination based on race, color, gender, religion, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives
- Support professional development and growth
4. Data Protection and Intellectual Property
a. Confidentiality
Partners must:
- Safeguard Alpine Anchor’s confidential information
- Protect client data and proprietary information
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Report any potential data breaches immediately
b. Intellectual Property
Partners shall:
- Respect all intellectual property rights
- Not use Alpine Anchor’s name, logo, or trademarks without written permission
- Properly license and attribute all technology and content used
- Protect Alpine Anchor’s intellectual property from unauthorized use
5. Environmental and Social Responsibility
a. Environmental Stewardship
Partners should:
- Comply with environmental regulations
- Minimize environmental impact
- Implement sustainable practices where possible
- Support conservation efforts
b. Community Impact
Partners are encouraged to:
- Engage positively with local communities
- Support economic development
- Maintain high ethical standards in community interactions
6. Compliance and Reporting
a. Monitoring and Assessment
Alpine Anchor reserves the right to:
- Assess Partner compliance with this Code
- Request documentation of compliance
- Conduct audits when necessary
- Require corrective action for any violations

7. Acknowledgment
Partners acknowledge that compliance with this Code is a fundamental part of their business relationship with Alpine Anchor. Violations may result in the termination of the business relationship.
